Dr. Patrick Pei Ying Xiao is a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist with over 35 years of clinical experience. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Downtown Hospital of NYU School of Medicine and his fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Dr. Xiao and his team are highly skilled in managing digestive disorders involving stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. Dr. Xiao's clinical expertise includes high-quality endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, and advanced hemorrhoid treatments. He has also contributed to clinical research in viral hepatitis therapies. Dr. Xiao and his team integrate the latest medical advancements into the practice to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment. Dr. Xiao is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Xiao is deeply committed to medical education and mentorship. He currently serves as the Medical Director of AGI Medical Associate and holds faculty appointments at New York-Presbyterian Health System, NYU Langone Hospitals, and SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
